Most of the cases currently being handled are civil or administrative, but the Firm has also represented clients in certain criminal proceedings, including grand jury matters. Attorneys of the Firm have appeared in courts throughout the United States. The Firm practices in federal and state courts and before regulatory agencies and departments. Attorneys of the Firm are admitted to practice before all federal circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court. The Firm has represented government contractors before the United States Court of Federal Claims. The Firm also represents domestic and foreign clients in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
